If walking that distance is difficult, the City of Norfolk offers a free transportation service called FRED. This program will pick you up from a parking garage and drop you off at your destination — at no cost to you. Simply call 757-478-7233, share your location, and let them know where you’re headed.

Another option is to reserve multiple street parking spaces directly through the City of Norfolk if you’d like guaranteed parking nearby.
