A Faith-Based Incubator for Ministries
Launch Jubilee membership exists to empower ministries and pastors by providing creative, flexible, and spiritual spaces to launch and grow churches, build media ministries, and host worship experiences. We blend co-working and event venue models into one faith-based incubator for churches designed to be a launching pad, not a final destination. Our goal is to help churches start strong, build community, and eventually outgrow us.
We’re excited to announce that Launch Jubilee is getting ready to kick off, starting right here at Elevate, 255 Granby Street in Downtown Norfolk. Elevate is the first of many creative spaces we’re opening across the region, and it’s ready to host in the heart of Norfolk!
What we offer
70–Guest Capacity
Utilities ( Water, WiFi, Electric ).
Upstairs Mezzanine Floor for overflow or for kids.
Six Synced TVs – perfect for announcements, praise & worship lyrics, or visuals
Kitchenette
Full Music Setup: Yamaha 88 Keys , digital drums , bass , sound equipment with cords ( XLR, 1/4 inch, musician in-ears, microphones etc). The house mix comes with a base EQ setting, so only minor volume adjustments are needed.
On-Site Staff & Cleaning so you can focus on ministry, not logistics. ( You’ll still need a media person for sound )
Decor Access for special services
3 hr space access : 2 hr of service time, 1 hr of prep time or fellowship time.
3 hrs of weekday space access, where you can reserve dates, block time, and schedule according to your ministry’s needs — whether for praise and worship practice, leadership meetings, or planning sessions. We’ll plug you into the calendar so you can easily view and reserve available dates.
Added Value: Planning Center Setup & Training
Your membership includes Planning Center setup and training to strengthen your ministry’s organization and logistics. With Planning Center you can:
- Communicate with your congregation
- Manage events from signup to check-in
-Track participation across every ministry with attendance reports
-Protect leaders and volunteers from burnout with balanced scheduling
-Connect your congregation with the life of the church through the mobile app and web portal
-Equip your worship team to plan and rehearse
-Track donations and make giving simple and secure
Flexible Scheduling
We know starting a ministry requires both flexibility and sustainability. That’s why we offer month-to-month and three-month renewable options — no long-term leases, no heavy overhead, and the ability to adjust as your ministry grows. Pick your service day and time below. Please note: Launch Jubilee is not a one-time service. This is a monthly commitment. You’ll select one set day and time for your service, and we’ll reserve that slot for you every month so your ministry has a consistent home.
Available Time Blocks ( Pick One ):
Sundays: 1:00 pm–4:00 pm | 5:00 pm–8:00 pm (10:00 am–12:00 pm already booked)
Saturdays: 10:00 am–1:00 pm | Starting Jan 1st 1:00 pm–4:00 pm
Weekdays: Up to 3 hours of access once a week. You’ll be connected to our online calendar, where you can reserve your meeting date, block your time, and schedule according to your ministry’s needs.
