MONTHLY CREATIVE MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing, activating, or using a Monthly Creative Membership with For Creatives LLC (“For Creatives”), the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. MEMBERSHIP
The Monthly Creative Membership is designed exclusively for approved creative and content-production purposes.
Membership includes 10 Creative Hours per monthly billing cycle.
1 Creative Credit = 1 Hour of reserved creative time.
Creative Hours may be used for approved activities such as photography, videography, social media content creation, brand content, podcasting, interviews, tutorials, product photography, and other approved creative productions.
Membership is not a private-event or gathering membership.
2. MONTHLY CREATIVE HOURS
Members receive 10 Creative Hours during each monthly billing cycle.
Creative Hours:
Must be reserved through For Creatives’ approved booking system.
Are subject to availability.
Have no cash value.
May not be transferred, resold, or shared with another member or business unless approved in writing by For Creatives.
Expire at the end of the applicable billing cycle.
Do not roll over into the following month unless otherwise stated in writing by For Creatives.
Unused hours are forfeited when the billing cycle ends.
3. ACCESS TO THE SPACE
Membership provides access to available creative areas throughout For Creatives at 271 Granby Street rather than one permanently assigned or dedicated room.
Depending upon availability, this may include Creative Pods, Content Rooms, podcast areas, open creative areas, mezzanine areas, second-floor areas, hallways, and other approved creative spaces.
Membership does not provide exclusive access to the entire building.
For Creatives is a shared creative environment. Certain rooms, floors, storefront areas, or creative spaces may be unavailable because of another reservation, production, business operation, maintenance, private booking, activation, or other scheduled use.
Members must only use areas available for their reservation.
4. RESERVATIONS
All Creative Hours must be reserved in advance through the approved For Creatives booking system.
Availability is first-come, first-served and is not guaranteed.
Members are responsible for reviewing availability and reserving the appropriate space before arriving.
Purchasing a membership does not guarantee that a particular room, area, date, or time will always be available.
5. RESERVATION TIME
Reserved time includes the Member’s arrival, setup, production, breakdown, and departure.
Members and their guests must completely vacate the reserved area by the end of the scheduled reservation.
Additional time may require additional Creative Credits or applicable fees.
Remaining in the space beyond the reservation without authorization may result in additional charges or suspension of booking privileges.
6. APPROVED USE
Membership is for creative/content-production use only.
Approved uses may include:
Photography, videography, podcasting, interviews, social media production, brand shoots, product photography, tutorials, influencer content, and other approved creative projects.
Membership hours may not be used for private events, birthday parties, celebrations, receptions, gatherings, workshops, classes, ticketed activities, pop-ups, retail/vendor activations, or other event-style uses.
These activities require a separate booking and applicable pricing.
For Creatives reserves the right to determine whether a proposed activity qualifies as creative membership use or requires another booking type.
7. GUESTS, CLIENTS & PRODUCTION TEAMS
Members may bring reasonable guests, clients, photographers, videographers, models, or production team members when necessary for their approved project and subject to applicable space rules or occupancy limitations.
The Member is responsible for the behavior and actions of everyone they bring into the building.
Guests do not receive independent membership privileges and may not remain in the building without the Member unless specifically authorized.
8. CLEANING & DAMAGES
Members must return all spaces to the condition in which they were received.
Members are responsible for:
Damage caused by themselves or their guests.
Excessive cleaning resulting from their reservation.
Damage to furniture, equipment, walls, floors, décor, fixtures, or other property.
Unauthorized movement, alteration, or removal of For Creatives property.
For Creatives may charge the Member for damage, missing property, excessive cleaning, or other costs resulting from their use of the space.
9. PERSONAL BELONGINGS & EQUIPMENT
Members are responsible for their own belongings, cameras, equipment, inventory, props, clothing, and other personal property.
For Creatives is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, misplaced, or damaged personal property.
Items may not be stored at the property between reservations unless For Creatives has provided written authorization.
10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES & CONTENT
The following are prohibited inside For Creatives:
Smoking or vaping of any kind.
Smoking or vaping even when being used as a photography, video, or production prop.
Illegal drugs or illegal activity.
Nudity or sexually explicit content.
Boudoir or sexually suggestive productions that violate For Creatives’ content standards.
Violence, gang-related content, or productions involving firearms or weapons.
Dangerous activities that could damage the property or create a safety risk.
Open flames or hazardous materials unless specifically authorized.
Activities involving occult or witchcraft-related practices or prohibited materials.
Any activity that violates applicable law, building requirements, For Creatives policies, or the approved purpose of the membership.
For Creatives reserves the right to immediately stop any production or activity that violates these requirements.
11. SAFETY & BUILDING RULES
Members and guests must follow all posted rules, staff instructions, occupancy restrictions, emergency procedures, and applicable building requirements.
Members may not access restricted, staff-only, closed, or unauthorized areas.
For Creatives may immediately require any Member or guest to leave the property when necessary for safety, compliance, disruption, policy violations, or protection of the property.
12. LICENSES, PERMITS & INSURANCE
Members are responsible for determining whether their particular production or business activity requires licenses, permits, releases, insurance, or other approvals.
For Creatives’ approval of a reservation does not constitute confirmation that a Member has satisfied their independent legal or regulatory requirements.
13. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Members voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with entering and using a shared creative, production, and commercial environment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, For Creatives LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, property owners, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, or claims resulting from a Member’s or guest’s negligence, misconduct, equipment, production activities, or failure to follow applicable rules.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless For Creatives LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from the Member’s use of the property, their production activities, their guests, or their violation of these Terms & Conditions.
15. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & MEDIA
For Creatives may photograph or record activity within the space for purposes of documenting and marketing the For Creatives environment, its creative possibilities, and its community.
Independently created client or Member content remains the property of its respective creator or owner.
Content publicly tagging or mentioning For Creatives, content voluntarily submitted to For Creatives for promotional consideration, or content otherwise specifically authorized may be reposted or reshared by For Creatives.
Members conducting confidential or unreleased productions should notify For Creatives in writing before their reservation if they do not want For Creatives or its authorized team photographing or recording their production.
16. MONTHLY BILLING
Membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis according to the billing information presented during enrollment.
The Member authorizes applicable recurring membership charges to the payment method maintained through the membership platform.
Membership fees are due according to the Member’s billing cycle regardless of the number of Creative Hours actually used during that cycle.
Failure to use available Creative Hours does not eliminate or reduce the applicable membership charge.
17. CANCELLATION
Members are responsible for canceling their membership according to the cancellation process and notice requirements presented by For Creatives or through the applicable membership platform.
Canceling a membership does not automatically refund previous membership payments or unused Creative Hours.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed to by For Creatives in writing, membership payments are non-refundable.
18. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
For Creatives reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership privileges for reasons including:
Nonpayment, repeated reservation violations, misuse of Creative Hours, prohibited activities, damage to property, disruptive conduct, unauthorized events or gatherings, safety concerns, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Serious violations may result in immediate termination of access.
19. BUILDING CLOSURES & AVAILABILITY
Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, repairs, inspections, emergencies, government requirements, building conditions, safety concerns, utility interruptions, severe weather, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of For Creatives.
For Creatives does not guarantee uninterrupted access to every room or area of the building at all times.
When reasonably possible, For Creatives may provide alternative availability or accommodations at its discretion.
20. SHARED-SPACE ACKNOWLEDGMENT
The Member understands that For Creatives is a shared creative environment.
Other creators, businesses, staff members, clients, or authorized individuals may be present in other areas of the building during a Member’s reservation.
Membership does not create a lease, tenancy, dedicated office, dedicated studio, or exclusive possession of any portion of the property.
21. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing or activating the Monthly Creative Membership, the Member confirms that they have reviewed and agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable For Creatives house rules, reservation policies, and membership requirements.
